Dr. Reisman is absolutely incredible. He is very patient and well experienced in his field. When I was laying down about to start the surgery he could tell I was somewhat nervous and assured me that I’m okay and my eye is numb so I wouldn’t feel anything. He was able to comfort me in a time where I needed it most, since obviously you are awake during the surgery. I appreciate how friendly and willing to answer any and ALL questions I had for him. Highly recommend him!

After 3 weeks of treatment to fix a problem with the surgery, Dr. Reisman identified my problem quickly, notified and arranged for the surgeon that did the original surgery to immediately correct the problem. I could have lost sight in that eye except for Dr. Reisman seeing me right away without an appointment. Dr. Reisman is an outstanding, competent, capable and trustworthy physician.
Those who wait for a time past their appointment may experience that because Dr. Reisman is helping someone like myself. If I must wait past my appointment time I will remember when I needed and received emergency help. Also, the office is clean, bright, well organized and all people there are friendly. I was referred to Dr. Reisman by a fellow golfer. I wanted LASIK for years, and finally I was going to have a consultation. I’m a dentist, and I’m not accustomed to visiting too many doctors…so I was very interested in how his office functioned, as well as how Dr. Reisman handled new patients.
I was very impressed. The office is in a modern professional building with plenty of parking. His staff is composed of friendly, professional assistants. The facility is immaculate, and filled with sophisticated equipment. Dr. Reisman examined me and declared me an excellent candidate for LASIK. I got the feeling that he knew his stuff. A few days later, the procedure happened in a surgery center, also managed by very professional assistants. I was nervous, but determined…and he and his staff put me at ease. After 10 minutes of treatment…I had perfect vision for the first time in 44 years. I was at work the next day.
My staff and patients were amazed. I had 90% of the effect, just as Dr. Reisman predicted. I am now at day 4 post-op, and my vision can be described as…High Definition. It’s that good. As for the procedure, I have had dental procedures that took many painful hours and took weeks to recover from. LASIK was ridiculously quick and easy…and painless! My surgery was at 3pm on Friday. I happily drove myself to my follow up appointment at 9am the next morning. I took two Advil when I was told to, but I don’t really think I needed to. No halos, no dry eye, no complications, just crystal clear beautiful vision.
